Every Nauti Co piece is printed just for you when you order it. That means we don’t keep piles of inventory sitting in a warehouse — and we don’t do traditional returns.

🌊 Returns for Sizing or Preference

Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size selected

  • Color preference changes

  • Buyer’s remorse

We strongly recommend checking the size chart before ordering. If you’re between sizes, size up and stay comfortable.


⚓ Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives:

  • Damaged

  • Misprinted

  • Defective

  • Or not what you ordered

We’ll make it right.

🌅 Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order is marked delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend shipping to a secure location whenever possible.
